•Process/Value Stream Mapping

•Teach Lean principles (waste identification: TRIMWOOD)

•Conduct, and teach, how to conduct effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

•Implementation of SQDC Visual Management (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)

•Current State Site Assessment and assistance building and managing the mitigation project plan

•Current State Safety/OSHA review; implementation of Near-Miss Program

•Optimize workflow(s) and process(es) for efficient operations within designated sites

•Develop Tiered Accountability aligned with Standard Work

•Aid in transition from Fire-Fighting to planning and working ahead (Continuous Improvement culture)

•â€‹Immediately capitalize on “low hanging fruit” --prioritize actions by understanding the Benefit & Effort 

•Identify strategic, high value benefits that require more effort or resources

•â€‹Develop Process Blue Print enabling optimization at other existing and newly acquired sites in the Enterprise

•Improve/create efficient processes for Inventory Management, Operational Flow, and optimal warehouse/workspace layout

•Create work environment of Visual Management

•Document/modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) 

•Develop new or enhance existing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to exceed customer required performance levels

•Enhance "reportability" and visibility of performance metrics
